Field Level Risk / Hazard Assessment is a system that allows managers and employees to anticipate and reduce risks and hazards on a job by job basis. This greatly reduces accidents and serious incidents thereby saving time and money. A FLRA kit contains a supply of FLRA forms that are used to review, assess, and reduce risk for each job completed. Managers and employee booklets can be included to describe in more detail the risks associated with the various jobs performed by the company.
